Okere Super Rice is naturally grown, organic and exceptionally aromatic rice cultivated by our Shea Cooperative members across the Agago and Otuke shea landscape. Rice is an important off-season enterprise for shea-producing households, providing farmers with an additional source of income beyond the shea harvest season. We provide our farmers with quality rice seed, sustainable production support and a reliable market for their harvest. The rice is locally milled at Okere, carefully packaged for quality, and prepared for markets at home and around the world—from our shea landscapes to your table.
